Allow about 10 to 14 weeks from the start of production to delivery, subject to shipping. Production typically takes 30 to 45 days once your design is confirmed; we give you the window when we confirm your order.

Design, approvals, site preparation and sign-off sit outside that period.

3. Build the home and prepare the site. We build your home off site once your design is confirmed and your approval is in hand. Your builder prepares the site to your quote.
4. Deliver, set and connect. We deliver your home. Your builder sets it on the footings, with us on the phone. Licensed trades make the final connections.

Written warranty on what we supply, running from delivery — 7 years structure, 5 years waterproofing systems, 12 months cladding, roofing, internal finishes, fittings and joinery. This is a summary. The warranty document supplied with your order sets out the full terms and governs.
