Nova is a home that arrives as a single, road-width module — then opens out on site into a full-size, single-storey home in hours. It ships compact and finished inside, with room for a home office, guests, or a bit more living — flexible enough to suit your needs today and as they change.

Nova comes fitted out inside — open living and kitchen at the heart, bedrooms and a full bathroom to the sides (from Nova 37 up). You settle in rather than start a project.

One clever home, many uses — a guest house, a studio or home office, a weekender, or easy single-level downsizing. Four sizes, from a compact studio to a full family home, all opening from the same road-width module.
