This website is operated by Wadam Homes Pty Ltd, trading as Wadam Living (ABN 31 696 229 848). In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Wadam Living.

What we collect

We only collect personal information you choose to give us, or that we need to respond to you and provide our service. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

• Enquiry details — when you send us an enquiry, your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), and the message or details you send us.
• Expression-of-interest (waitlist) details — if you register your interest in a product release, your name, email address, mobile (optional), the postcode or suburb where you're thinking of placing a home, what you'd use it for, a rough budget range, your timeframe, and your consent for us to contact you.
• Feasibility and enquiry follow-up — if you go further with us, we may collect the address or location of the property you're considering, so we can talk through your site, delivery access and pathway.
• Your correspondence — the emails, calls and messages you exchange with us, and our notes of them.
• Website information — basic technical information your browser sends (such as your device and browser type, and general usage of the site).

We do not ask for, and you do not need to give us, sensitive information (such as health, financial account numbers or government identifiers) to enquire or register your interest.

Why we collect it

We use your personal information to:

• respond to your enquiry and follow up with you about supplying and delivering a Wadam Living home;
• administer our expression-of-interest waitlist and priority list, and let you know when our display opens and when a release is available;
• assess feasibility and coordinate delivery if you proceed;
• keep records of our dealings with you; and
• operate, maintain and improve our website.

We will only use your information for the purpose you gave it to us, for a directly related purpose you would reasonably expect, or where you've consented, or where the law allows or requires it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not trade or rent it to anyone.

We may share it in limited circumstances:

• Service providers who help us run our business — for example, our website hosting, form and email tools, and IT support. They may only handle your information to provide their service to us, and are required to protect it.
• Where the law requires or permits it — for example, to comply with a legal obligation or to protect our rights.

Information stored outside Australia. Some of the everyday services we use to run this website and manage enquiries — for example form and email services — may store information on servers located overseas; where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected consistently with Australian privacy law.

How we store and protect it

We store your information in our internal systems and with reputable service providers, and we take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Access is limited to Wadam Living staff and providers who need it to do their job.

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, and then take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.

Accessing and correcting your information

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it's wrong or out of date. You can also ask us to stop contacting you, or to delete your details, at any time. Just contact us using the details below and we'll help.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device.

• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use our site — for example which pages are visited and how long people stay — so that we can improve it. This sets cookies in your browser. Your IP address is anonymised, and we do not use analytics to try to identify you personally.
• We do not use advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not allow third parties to track you across other websites through our site.
• Keeping the site working. Some information may be stored in your browser so the site works as you move between pages — for example remembering selections you have made in the configurator.

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using the browser add-on Google provides. If you block cookies, some parts of the site may not work as intended.
