Four steps, each one settled in writing.

  1. You tell us about your property and how you'll use it. We tell you which Elementa may fit and what we'd check next.

    Settled: the options worth investigating, and what your property will need, including delivery access.

  2. We prepare your design and quote. Your certifier confirms the approval pathway. You confirm your order.

    Settled: your design, and our commitments in writing.

  3. We build your home off site once your design is confirmed and your approval is in hand. Your builder prepares the site under their own quote.

    Settled: your home is finished inside, and your site is ready for delivery day.

  4. We deliver your home. Your builder sets it on the footings, with us on the phone. Licensed trades make the final connections.

    Settled: your home is connected, signed off and ready to use.

How long it takes

About 10–14 weeks

Allow about 10 to 14 weeks from the start of production to delivery, subject to shipping. Production typically takes 30 to 45 days once your design is confirmed; we give you the window when we confirm your order.

Design, approvals, site preparation and sign-off sit outside that period.

Built in sections, finished inside.

Every Elementa is built in steel-framed sections, each finished inside before delivery. On site, the sections are set on the footings and joined, and the roof module is fitted. More sections make room for more rooms.

Getting your block ready.

Price basis: supply and delivery to metro NSW; regional delivery quoted for your site. Your block needs footings, crane access and service connections ready for delivery day — your builder books the crane, and your designer sets out how power, water, wastewater and communications enter the home. Electrical components are specified to carry the RCM mark, with RCM-marked circuit breakers. A licensed electrician makes the final connection on site.
