The frame is galvanised steel, with the structural design certified by a registered Australian structural engineer.
Sold on paperwork.
Plenty of relocatable boxes are sold on renders and optimism. Ours are sold on paperwork. Every Elementa home is supplied with its compliance dossier: the engineering documentation that says exactly what the home is and what it's built from.
Electrical components carry the Australian RCM mark. Final electrical connection is by a licensed electrician on site.

Your Studio: Complying development 'detached studio' pathway on lots over 350 m², subject to your lot and zoning — your certifier confirms; not exempt development.
