Your land
Your land
Can it go on your land?
Most blocks can take an Elementa home — but access, siting and council approval are site-specific. We check yours before you commit.
The honest answer.
It depends on your zoning, your council and your site — and anyone who answers without looking is guessing.
We don't promise approval. We check: a structured review of your block, your pathway options and the questions your council will ask — before you spend real money.
Do I need council approval?
Almost always, and the pathway depends on your zoning and intended use. Approval sits with your council — we help you understand the questions they'll ask, and we never promise an outcome.
Who does the site work?
A licensed builder — footings, connections and handover. Use your own, or we'll help you find one; we supply the drawings, load points and specifications they need.
What do you check before I order?
A structured review of your block: access, services, zoning context and the likely approval pathway, so you know where you stand before committing.
How does it get to my block?
It's delivered as a finished module by road. Before you order we confirm site access — road width, overhead clearance, and the space to set it down — so there are no surprises on delivery day.
Will it work on a sloping or tricky block?
Often, yes. Siting, footings and access are site-specific — a licensed builder and engineer assess the ground, and we supply the structural drawings and documentation they need.
Who connects the power, water and sewer?
A licensed builder. We supply the load points, connection specifications and drawings; the on-site connections and any utility or council sign-offs are handled site-side.
What about bushfire (BAL) or flood-prone land?
Site-specific. Where a bushfire or flood rating applies, we supply the engineering and compliance documentation for your certifier and council to assess — and we flag it with you in the pre-order check.
