A Coordinated Delivery Process

Wadam Living coordinates the key stages required to deliver a modular residence designed for modern Australian living.

Each project follows a structured pathway combining site-specific engineering, controlled factory production and coordinated installation.

While every site presents unique conditions, the core delivery framework remains consistent to ensure clarity and predictability throughout the project.

Stage 1
Feasibility Review

Initial review of land conditions, access requirements and project suitability. This stage helps determine whether a Wadam modular home is appropriate for the site.

1-2 Weeks

Stage 2
Project Engineering

Site-specific engineering documentation prepared to ensure compliance with Australian residential standards. Includes: structural engineering, foundation design, documentation preparation.

2-4 Weeks

Stage 3
Approval Coordination

Planning pathway determined and documentation prepared for the appropriate approval pathway (CDC or DA).

Variable Time

Stage 4
Factory Production
